Terms of Service

1. Services

ZENSTRO provides IT services including web development, e-commerce development, Google SEO & listing, ERP system development, website and system fixing, and free tech mentoring. The scope, timeline, and pricing of each project are agreed upon before work begins.

2. 7-Day Delivery Guarantee

ZENSTRO guarantees project delivery within 7 days or the agreed timeline. If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe without a valid reason (such as delays caused by the client), the project will be provided free of charge. This guarantee applies to the agreed scope of work only. Changes to scope after project commencement may affect the timeline.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are starting prices. Final pricing is agreed upon before work begins.
• A deposit may be required before project commencement.
• Flexible payment plans are available upon request and must be agreed upon in writing before work starts.
• Partnership discounts are available for long-term collaborations and must be agreed upon separately.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where the 7-day guarantee applies.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients are responsible for:

• Providing all required content, assets, and information promptly
• Responding to communications within a reasonable timeframe
• Providing clear and complete project requirements at the start
• Reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner

Delays caused by the client may affect the delivery timeline and may void the 7-day guarantee for that specific project.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. ZENSTRO retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. All third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) used in projects are subject to their respective licenses.

6. Revisions & Changes

Minor revisions within the agreed scope are included. Significant changes to project scope after commencement may incur additional charges and timeline adjustments, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the project. ZENSTRO will not disclose your project details, business information, or data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZENSTRO's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for third-party services, platforms, or tools used in conjunction with our deliverables.

9. Free Tech Mentoring

Tech mentoring and guidance services are provided free of charge on a best-effort basis. ZENSTRO makes no guarantees regarding outcomes from mentoring sessions. This service may be modified or discontinued at any time.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination by the client, payment is due for work completed up to the termination date. In the event of termination by ZENSTRO, a pro-rated refund will be provided for work not yet completed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
